MEMORANDUM IN OPPOSITION (Gorilla) - MOTION FOR LEAVE (Girl Trouble)

RETURN TO GORILLA MUSIC VS. GIRL TROUBLE LAWSUIT MAINPAGE

This is basically the same stuff as before, maybe worded a bit different. Gorilla attempts to hit the high points of their argument. They really think they've got a Perry Mason moment here when they've assumed I wrote those emails. By the way, I did not call Gorilla a scam. I merely posed the question.
Be sure to notice this email address. It becomes more important later on in the story.

I like here how Jessica Dillon actually admits that a passive "gripe-site" is not actionable. You mean a passive "gripe site" like neverpaytoplay.com?
Here's where Gorilla tries to tie us to Ohio because I dare to post the original lawsuit on neverpaytoplay.com...with commentary. Again, notice how they always try to tie wig-out.com with neverpaytoplay.com, two different websites.

MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE DEFENDANTS' REPLY BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION (6-15-2010)

Again, the bulk of this was written by Wade Neal. Then Suzanne took it, fixed it the form they want it in Ohio Court and submitted it. Our two attorneys were aces when it came to filing these papers! And yes, for this one time we'll blow the lid off the mention of our real names.
As you can see, Wade and Suzanne both pounced on the fact that Gorilla claims a passive website is not actionable (second paragraph) "In addition, Gorilla admits Ms. Henderson's site is "passive" and "not actionable," on its own..."

Here we note that Lackluster seems to be out of the picture (footnote #5)...since it would be hard for me to fabricate a band that actually plays shows and records albums...in Ohio!
