PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO FILE A SUR-REPLY TO DEFENDANTS' REPLY REGARDING OHIO JURISDICTION
PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO AMEND THE COMPLAINT
PLAINTIFF'S SUR-REPLY
PLAINTIFFS FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT (This is the main brief with all the new charges)

RETURN TO GORILLA MUSIC VS. GIRL TROUBLE LAWSUIT MAINPAGE

We thought sure that this would be all about the Kauffman Case which had been recently ruled on. That's why the judge granted Gorilla another chance to file a sur-reply. Instead, Gorilla took a different approach and got Dan Janssen of 2/20 Productions to hop on board the Girl Trouble Lawsuit Train. All aboard!!!

PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO AMEND THE COMPLAINT

"Now Come Plaintiffs"...oh goody!

I "attacked" three Ohio companies, Gorilla, 2/20 Productions and... maybe they are referring to 1K Entertainment who I'd also written about. FYI: Gorilla already sued Adam Graham of 1K Entertainment in 2007 (Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas Case # CV-07-636478 - settled out of court, Adam Graham made the final court cost payments).

Xeroxed evidence of my website pages.

More paperwork about the supposed Myspace emails.

PLAINTIFFS FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT

This is where Gorilla spells out all the charges against us from them and 2/20 Productions. It was a pay-to-play dog pile.
Here the list of charges from 2/20 Productions, which is mostly about how I said they weren't paying attention to spelling errors. And again, Capital Records was not non-existent. It existed. It was a record keeping warehouse company in Virginia.
17) We didn't understand how they could have possibly known we'd played in Cleveland and Cincinnati. Those shows were so awful we never discussed them. We found out later how they knew. I always like how they refer to us playing "rock band" shows. Did they mean like this?
